Geoff was born in Ul'dah, into a somewhat noble rich enterprising family. Their family deals in machinery and often works with Amajina and Sons as well as Skysteel. His parents have always been strict and expects a lot from him, causing him to be a bit of a workaholic. He now wanders Eorzea in order to promote his family's business and to make a name for himself in order to prove to his parents that he's more than they think.
He's headstrong, but also keeps up appearances by being courteous. He tends to have a perpetually tired angry face anyhow. He actually gets annoyed pretty easily but he tends to keep it in... as best as he can. Despite all that, he's actually quite caring and performs a lot of acts of service to people he cares about.
