Angelus was an orphan kittom brought in by Troia, who found him wandering about Strynhalde during a trip for supplies. Aside from growing up at the Silvergrace Sanctuary he has no memories of his past, his last memory other than his name being his departure from the Sanctuary in search of Strynhalde's famous winter flora. 

As a kittom Angelus was relatively well-behaved and reserved, though he did enjoy teasing his sister Aqua from time to time. Being the eldest kittom, Angelus did the most work around the inn other than Troia. Even from a young age he enjoyed handling the money and inventory side of things, tasks that his siblings were happy to leave to him. Quite often, Angelus enjoyed chatting with the patrons of the inn, learning about them and the current events of Eyre.

As an adult Angelus is much the same. He has since moved from the inn in Kyendi, now running a buisness of his own, a trading post, in Ahza. A place where the items have as much of a story to tell as the people who trade them.
