Former Ground Type minor league division leader in Galar! They eventually left their position after taking an apprenticeship with Kabu and learning the finer points of fire types. It wasn't until they were under his tutelage that they figured out that they did not like the celebrity status that the Galar culture forced on their gym leaders, and under Kabu's advice, they eventually left to explore other regions.

Ground Type team: Gmax Sandaconda, Nidoking, Flygon, Mamoswine, Excadrill, and Quagsire
Fire type mons: Chandelure, Ninetales, Rotom-Heat

Pokemon picked up as they re-evaluate what they want: Mudkip, Stunfisk, Shellos, Gabite, maybe some non-ground types

I haven't decided if they just rotate mons as they wish, or if some mons are retired ajsdlfkaf
