One of the Prismaki Brothers. Mizuho is standoffish and quiet, preferring to keep to himself and spend most of his time reading.....though with all the crime he has to deal with, that reading session of his never lasts as long as he'd like!! With his trusty Wicked Wave Blade in hand, he slices waves of slicing water through his foes, capable of tearing apart his foes in just a few slashes!! Once all the fighting's over, Mizuho returns to his lonesome....ready to read the next few chapters of his favorite books....only for the process to repeat once more.... In battle, Mizuho darts around, slashing his foes from either up close or afar, with huge Slash Waves launched from his Wicked Wave Blade!! With the right amount of force, Mizuho can even slice away health from his foes!
