Thomas

He is a doll Maker, he digs up corpses with spirits and uses them to make living dolls

Vinney's story that includes him:

Vinney is ofc a doll, but her spirit was dug up with her old corpse (her old body)- This was dug up by Thomas

[Her old corpse was a female human child, her name was Stepheny in her old life- but she has no recollection of that life at all. However her mannerisms, and mental characteristics remained.]

He dug up Vinney's corpse, and intended to use to make a tiny living doll. After building Vinney's doll body- He went to add parts of the corpse and her spirit to the doll [He does this by taking a vital and best intact piece of the corpse, for Vinney it was her teeth.] And he started getting this eerie feeling of Death, and insecurity (This feeling is later revealed as Vinney's linked spirit with Babie) (The spirit specifically is past Knaves hold on Babie)

Thomas put the doll together but left out, crucial pieces to make her truly live. However the spirit did transfer, but she couldn't move. Thomas put her on a shelf, and never touched her again. This was until Katie, Kate, and rabbit come to the Big House to seek guidance on rabbits eye problem. 

Katie was traveling through the Big House (mostly snooping) and she came across a room with one shelf, the room was filled with boxes- but this one shelf captivated the entire room. Vinney is pretty much in pure shock to see a normal human in front of her. Katie feels Vinney's spirit (She mainly feels this through Babie's spirit in her) She feels sorrow for the doll, and takes her, and holds her. Katie knows her spirit is there, suffering.

Katie takes the doll to Thomas. She didn't know why, or how he was responsible- but she knew. She went up to him and demanded him to finish the doll. Thomas remembered the feeling the doll gave him. He says no, and Katie and him have a spat. Katie starts crying, about how she is in there and you are responsible for trapping her (This relates to the way Babie feels, trapped in her own skin) 

Although Thomas isn't much of a warm hearted character, he has a soft spot for Katie and her demeanor. So after a spat- he fixes Vinney. However Katie, and Kate aren't allowed to see how. (No one knows he uses corpses except The Designer)

While fixing Vinney, Thomas was nervous he would feel the feeling of Death again, and he was right. He felt the spirit, but pushed through- knowing how upset Katie would be if he didn't. Once he finished, he felt a different spirit- love. A very calming spirit. Vinney raised her hand, and Thomas helped her stand, Vinney looked up at him with big eyes. She had the most beautiful aura. She expressed her gratitude, and he apologized. Vinney understood why he hadn't fixed her originally- she had to live with that spirit everyday she was on the self. She had no resentment towards him. In fact she was quit in  awe, of his will power to fight it.

Thomas brought back in Katie, and Kate. Once Vinney saw Katie, she walked towards he on the table, and they both locked eyes for a moment. Katie reached her hand out towards the doll- Vinney start bawling and hugged her hand, expressing her gratitude. Katie kneeled down at the table picked her up and held her. And ofc Kate is absolutely being dramatic in the background.

Thomas was actually very happy to see the doll living, sure he had regret leaving her like he had- but he was happy once he fixed his mistake.

After this, Katie, and Kate take Vinney to the City of Diamonds where she can meet another doll- Diane! That way she has someone to relate to and lean on. Diane is the Queen of Diamonds, and takes Vinney into her home. And she lives there and even helps Diane as much as possible. She loves her life there and is thankful to Katie, and Kate.
