Mistique

Mystique (MIST-EEK) They are a Sonaire, (plural Sonaires) a species I have created. The species in general has no gender, and are typically like servants to the citizens. Most people have a personal one, but it's not limited. It is frowned upon to be friendly with your Sonaire, as they are seen as animals, as servants, even objects depending on the person. The species is very diverse, and people often like to show them off and brag about them. "My Sonaire..." "Wow, it's so pretty!" It's like a social status. The fancier they are, the better, for some people. (Others pay no mind, not wanting to put effort into it.) Sonaires will follow the orders of their masters and occasionally others (like guests) without question. They can communicate telepathically with those who they deem worthy, hence why many people think they are uncapable of it. This one in particular is Kamii's. She understands that Sonaires are intelligent beings and respects them.
