Chalys is a traveling chef (food truck like? but fancy...), they are very well known and have even served higher bloods. They always have a special, but you need to put extra effort into ordering it.

They have always wanted to be a chef since they were young, watching various cooking shows until they were able to take classes and eventually go to a culinary school. They made a few friends there, but has been a bit distant since they started traveling. 

Chalys sometimes teaches little kids how to cook, just giving them basic skills. They are friendly towards all kids, and would spoil them if allowed to. They want to have their own children one day, but for now theyre focusing on their career.
