A powerful Czylph with a wide expanse of territory.
Her biggest roadblock was the far more powerful and influential Czylph, Moira. Her own territory was being swallowed rapidly by the woman, known for her expertise in warfare. She spent centuries at war with the woman, never gaining any ground, but having to fight tooth and nail for what she had. Eventually Halia was able to win the war in a 1v1 fight, slaying Moira and taking control of the territory she once ruled. Her next few decades were spent living in sweet, sweet silence.
She was sure her rule was going to come into jeopardy when she found our Moira had been revived, and wasn't far outside of her territory. She set out to kill her once again, but upon encountering her enemy once more she discovered Moira held none of the memories from her previous life. Moira still had a tongue of silver, and convinced Halia to take her prisoner instead of cutting her down. Halia agreed and took her back.
As decades went by she eventually became convinced Moira was no longer a threat, and she was given the freedom to wander as she saw fit, so long as she didn't do anything to hurt Halia's rule. She came to let her guard down completely after Moira helped her plan an attack on an enemy's territory that was won with ease. Moira has since taken on more of an apprenticeship role to Halia, and has become someone she's turned to in times of need.
As time has gone on she'd struggled to rid herself of the guilt that gnaws on her, knowing she once killed someone so dear to her and stole her power and memories, but doesn't want to tell Moira and ostracize her. Worse yet, it seems she's falling for the beautiful woman and her wit, and is unable to deny what a fearsome duo they make.
