these terms apply to any design created by me from March 2020-present.
if you have any questions or aren't sure, please feel free to dm me!
> DO NOT sell a custom / design for more than its worth. This includes designs that are traded, they have no monetary value and cannot be sold for their original purchase value if received via trade. (unless it has added on art/commissions).
> DO NOT sell / trade / gift a design until a week has passed. This does not apply to designs received 2nd hand (not directly from me), but is heavily preferred. Please don't use my designs as "design fodder" either.
> DO NOT erase / hide / ask me to remove my signature.
> DO NOT make massive design changes.
> Acceptable changes to designs are : hair length, ear type, animal / breed type, slight color alterations, and outfit changes (you can also make outfit sets!). If you wish to change it more or have any questions, please contact me first for approval.
> DO NOT delete the design off of ToyHouse or sell to user outside of ToyHouse, if they need a code please contact me.
> If you're going to color-pick my designs, use the colors in different ways. If an owner of a design is not comfortable with color-picking, then don't!
> DO NOT make extremely similar characters or clones of my designs. You are allowed to make them a family or use pre-existing designs as a family. I personally feel iffy about twins being made but if you contact me first we can talk about it, I would hope they aren't too similar to the original.
> DO NOT merge my designs with others.
> DO NOT add your own rules to the designs.
> Co-owning is okay. Please credit me if you make a separate profile for them.
> DO NOT sell / trade / gift my designs to any of the users on my blacklist (below). This includes all pre-existing & future designs. 1st time will be a warning. 2nd time you will be added to the list. All rules apply to blacklisted users except they are not allowed to co-own designs.
