Charlotte is a howltar whose plumage changes each season. She works as a knight in Umirel's kingdom, and is a member of Umirel's party. Charlotte loves Brue dearly. She is happily married with Brue, and raised a young pip named Leda, who doesn't have Charlotte's seasonal plumage. Back then, she and Brue were only friends.

Charlotte is the kindest of Umirel's party, and wishes to bring peace to the land, having wanted to save it from evil. Since she's travelling with Umirel, she doesn't have the time to spend with her wife Brue and her daughter Leda because of this.
