Sklaxis is a tall, four-armed, four-eyed fella who may seem a bit intimidating at first glance, but is truly a sweetheart. He has a very relaxed demeanour and takes things at his own pace. He moved to Glavendale from a more inland forested area, and he loves it! He used to get dirty looks for his appearance--often times, people were even afraid of him, since his species is rarely seen around these parts. Glavendale's folk are much more accepting toward him, although he does unintentionally intimidate some people here and there.
He is dating Kiara, whom he met at Glavendale's local greenhouse, which is run by Mavie. He was immediately captivated by her; her gentle eyes, cactus-like hair, her sweet voice... she tended to plants so carefully, almost in a motherly way. He admired her from afar before building up the courage to speak to her. They chatted here and there every time Sklaxis visited the greenhouse, before he showed up with flowers for her one day. He waited until he found out what her favourites were!
