Silly little guy, he just tries to do what he thinks is right despite his poor perception of time and reality. It often ends up biting him back and he carries a lot of guilt from the bad choices he's made (that he remembers.) He might be perceived by others as unorthodox and as one who doesn't take things as seriously as he should.

Has non-linear memory - may have vague memory of things that happen in the future (like deja-vu but stronger and weirder) or missing memory of things that have happened in even the recent past. He does not remember his childhood at all.

Dark recognizes him as "Raymond" (the DA) and calls him Ray. Jay just thinks he's calling him by his last name.

Best friends with Head Engineer Mark (platonic soulmates) and with Actor Mark as of AHWM and ADWM.
