"What happens when a siren cannot sing?"
Skill: The Song of The Tsunami
With her powerful voice, Cowrie Cookie sings and calls forth a tsunami, dealing large amounts of damage to the enemy. When the tsunami settles, enemies are given a Siren's Song debuff. While enemies have the Siren's Song debuff, they cannot gain any buffs from their allies or treasures, their ATK SPD is decreased, and they recieve more DMG from allies.

STORY
A siren of the deep seas, put into the world to entice sailors with her voice alone and drown them in the abyss of the ocean. Yet, Cowrie Cookie merely travels along with her pod of killer whales, singing to soothe and guide them. Sirens were notorious for being ruthless and solitary predators of the ocean, yet Cowrie was the complete opposite. She found love, and brought to the world daughters whom she loved unconditionally... Until her lungs filled with blood.
