water is a water dragon who is stationed by the coast. She is part of the Marine¿ force and goes out frequently by ship to scout the area and to defeat any monsters in the sea with her team. water can use magic, but instead of using a traditional staff, water channels her power into her magic sniper rifle / Katana instead. The rifle makes it so she can easily condense her magic into powerful small shots, and the katana is for close range aoe combat.
