Misc. Gallery's Ownership

By owning a design created by me, user netflixandsapphire ("the Designer"), you ("the Owner") affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Use listed below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Use may result in a blacklist and/or a public service announcement. Please note that Terms of Use may be subject to change without prior notice.
These Terms of Use are in effect and up to date as of JANUARY 10, 2023.

1. If the design is a minor, looks recognizable as a minor, or is depicted as a minor by the Designer, the design may not be depicted engaging in sexual/fetish activity, or depicted nude in a "desirable" context.

2. If the design is an animal or creature that lacks the ability to give informed consent, the design may not be depicted engaging in sexual/fetish activity, or depicted nude in a "desirable" context. Anthropomorphized characters are allowed to be depicted in such a manner as long as they have given informed consent and follow the first rule.

3. The design may not be used to promote content that supports racism, transphobia, homophobia, Nazi/Soviet/etc. imagery or paraphernalia.

4. The design may not be used for commercial use unless given expressed written consent/permission by the Designer. The Designer relinquishes ownership of the character for personal/non-profit use upon trade, gift, or purchase.

5. The Designer only claims ownership of the original design concept/execution. The Designer does not claim ownership to any redesigns and/or the character/associated character of the design.

6. The Owner may not claim the original design as the Owners's own work, whether the Owner did or did not make any edits to the original artwork. The Owner is allowed to make minor/major edits to the design. If the Owner's updated design is recognizable as the Designer's original design, the Owner is required to credit the Designer.

7. The Owner is not entitled to a refund once they have made their purchase. The Designer is not entitled to a refund once they have accepted the purchase unless the Owner has violated any of the above agreements.
