- You can re-sell and trade these for any amount you choose.
- If you want to negotiate a different ToS, or have lost any files, feel free to contact me at [email protected]! I can’t guarantee I’ve held onto any really old files, but it’s worth a poke just in case.
- Please pay within 24 hours of confirming our deal*
- *I’ll hold designs for up to a week if requested, but please ask for a hold first! If you don’t say anything for that time, I may reach out to any other interested buyers instead.
- You're welcome to change anything about the design that you'd like, big or small!
- For those with old fandom-based designs, you’re absolutely welcome to change them into other stuff.
- You’re welcome to do just about anything you’d like with my designs, aside from using my art specifically for commercial purposes.
- You can sell prints of other art of the design, just not what I myself drew. I’m willing to negotiate a different price to allow prints.
- Do not use my art as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or for anything blockchain/cryptocurrency-related. I am not willing to negotiate on this, I do not want my work involved in scams.
- Likewise, please do not use my artwork for AI datasets, AI training, or any purposes related to the use of AI to create artwork.
- You don't have to keep the titles I've given them - they're just there to act as labels!
- USD payments will be processed via PayPal or Ko-Fi. For PayPal, please remember to select ‘for goods and services’ and ‘no address required’.
- If applicable, after receiving payment, I’ll send you an email with the full-sized design as an attachment.
- Feel free to upload these on Toyhou.se with credit. My username on there is J-Haskell, and I prefer to have designs credited to my TH account than my DA.
- It shouldn’t need to be said, but while I do not keep a “blacklist” (and never will), I will not do business with anyone who harasses myself/my customers, steals designs, or conducts any sort of fraud.
