They've been drowned at the edge of a small south island

They haunt the forest, constantly weeping (only at night)

Cannot leave the island (their body hasn't gone through proper burial and they are still tied to it)

Body is now a skeleton, washed up against the outer south walls of Treewick port

Can posses items but not living things

Cannot speak too well (crushed windpipe)

Mouth always covered by coat

Legs fade out

Phases through objects

Soft glow, leaves a trail of it wherever they go (eventually fades out)

They do not remember who killed them nor do they remember their past life

Angry but doesn't show it

Mostly sad looking

Lotta hand gestures

Always covered eye with hair

Ear movement!!! a lot of it!

Twitching from cold (barely visible unless you're close)

While floating, doesn't use wings (uses wings in more of an emotive way)

Hasn't seen or interacted with many people in decades
