All designs made by me should not be resold, traded, or gifted without informing me first and offering me an opportunity to buy the design back before putting them up for offers. My designs should not be sold for more than they were purchased for without additional content. Buying my designs simply to turn them around for a profit will result in a permanent blacklist from purchasing anything from me. Any unwanted designs should be either gifted or sold back to me. The deletion of any official design on Toyhou.se will be regarded as a forfeit of ownership of the design. I do request to be authorized for my designs if they are privated. Design credits are not to be removed, changed, or modified without my explicit permission first. This includes on redesigns. Personal redesigns or touch-ups of my designs are allowed without permission, but cannot be sold, traded, or gifted under the assumption that it is one of my designs. You may not edit my art to edit a design without explicit permission. By commissioning me or purchasing any of my products, you acknowledge and accept my TOS.
