Personality:
Raaikos is a dragon of few words, who believes in showing their intention rather than speaking about it. He's loyal towards those he seems worthy and caring, and despite his detached demeanor he can be very thoughtful of those around him. He doesn't speak much, but the few words he says he tries to make them matter the most. Has a tendency to look away before speaking, as if shy or uncomfortable when talking.
His understanding of humor is below zero and he won't get most jokes, usually ending up staring confusedly at the person joking or making puns at him.
He's extremely attached to his younger brother and has a soft spot for children - when he's back in Warfang, he tries to spend as much time as possible with him and the orphans of the Temple.

History:
Raaikos' childhood wasn't very eventful until the day he was forced to seek help at the temple orphanage.
His mother's name was left unknown as he was the unfortunate result of a one night stand with Voltaros - rather than smashing the egg, she left him with his father, who took care of him as well as he could, until his death by the claws and teeth of other clanless dragons. With no one to go to and his brother still not hatched (yet another one night adventure by Voltaros, left behind by his mother), he walked through the streets of Warfang until he reached one of the orphanages, where they took them both in. As Raikari hatched, Raaikos took the role of the protective older brother, staying with the hatchling as much as possible, and training his elemental mastery and speed overnight.

He helped around the Temple, aiding the caretakers with the other abandoned eggs and children, until the age of 22, when he was sent to the military. While his elemental mastery was nowhere close to the Skilled level yet, his speed and stealth got him noticed by the higher ups, who drafted him as a Scout.
He's been serving the army ever since, and while he's often away to stalk enemy settlements and occasionally fight in skirmishes or carry around supplies for his regiment, whenever he's back in Warfang he makes sure to visit his brother and spend as much time as possible with him.
