Howden

(Pending revamp/proper rewrite!) One of my other main ocs, Howden's a noblepumpkinmon with not much of a story to him as of yet, being one with a bit of a steampunk theme to him matching up to a certain other kind of 'mon, though they don't seem to have a connection to each other outside of it.
