tobi is a clever, intelligent individual. she is very passionate about her craft despite what anybody might have to say about it. she can be reckless at times, caring little for the consequences of her actions. she 100% has undiagnosed ADHD, which affects her attention span and her ability to focus, often to her detriment.

tobi was born to a family of sorcerers, but only she inherited her grandpa's blood curse. this blood curse allows her to manipulate her blood as her spellcasting focus, and to make objects and weaponry out of it. this involves a LOT of self harming, so she always carries a little switchblade around with her and keeps her nails very sharp in case she doesn't have access to her knife. she attends lionbrook academy where she is studying conjuration and transmutation, and she belongs to house dagmar.
