Lucinimia's Ownership

- You cannot lighten skin tones of my designs. You may hue shift them slightly if it’s a human skintone, & you may alter it more if it’s a non human one. Please do not remove hair texture either. Singular pieces depicting how that texture of hair would look when straightened (using a straightener) is ok, but not preferred. You may add hair texture & darken skin tones, though. You may also depict texture different than I do style wise, as long as you are able to tell it’s textured.

- You cannot change characters who have explicit trans/intersex/etc aspects of their designs to be cisgender. Similarly, if there are any Pride themed adopts I have, they are whatever flag they are based on. Redesigning characters to have common trans/nobinary feature is ok, and changing characters to be intersex is ok. Sexual/Romantic identity is always up to interpretation unless a pride themed adopt, as mentioned prior. Any character can have a complex/nuanced gender identity (Just because they have top surgery does not mean they can’t identify with some aspect of womanhood, for example). 

- If you are to make my designs harmful paraphiliacs (zoo, map, necro, etc), make them in recovery and non-engaging only. I do think it is important to express that not everyone who has one of these paraphilias is a bad person, but I do not support glorifying or having my characters indulge in this aspect of themself. They MUST be in some sort of therapy/recovery.

- Disabled characters cannot be made able. If a character has a prosthetic/brace/wheelchair/other items used to allow disabled people more movement/regular function, you cannot remove it. If a character has explicit autistic and or other neurodivergent aspects of their design (such as a character with a common symbol for neurodivergency as part of their design, the rainbow infinity for example) you cannot remove this about them. Characterization for non explicit examples is ok to change if it’s not explicitly added (ex. Redesigning a character to have a prosthetic or have some explicit symbol of disability/neurodivergency is ok but if the character has no explicit part about them that shows this, you can change someone’s previous lore. There is no way for me to be on top of that) 

- Commercial use of my designs is allowed as long as it’s YOUR ART. Credit isn’t needed outright but you must say who I am if someone asks who designed the character. The only reason I have no other rules on commercial use is because it’s hard to keep track of and would get messy. There is no added fee for commercial use. If you trade the design, all extra stock of this character must be trashed or kept.

- Similarly to the above point, using my designs as a vtuber/pngtuber/mascot in streaming is not against my TOS. Please credit me as the designer of the character though.

- Using my designs in non-personal television and or comics (non profit comics for OC lore are ok) (animations/animatics/etc in video format are ok)  are against my TOS. Similarly, please do not use my designs in games unless it’s a minor easter egg.

- Please do not claim my designs or art as your own.

- Worth goes away if the design is traded rather than sold. If you discount the design, the current worth is whatever the new owner bought it for.

- Personal and commissioned art can add to worth, but traded and gifted art cannot. This overrides the artist’s TOS on the matter if I am the designer.

- Do not up-charge on my designs unless given express permission.

- Digital currencies, even with direct USD translations and or ones that can be bought for real money do not add USD value. You must sell this aspect of the design for that same currency or not include it in the price at all.

- Please do not age down designs. My designs may not have ages, but if I make a character that looks and dresses like an adult, please do not make them ~5 for example. You may age up designs, but do not use the child/teenager form in any suggestive artwork. Depicting past experiences is ok for lore reasons, but not as a cannon current age

- NSFW of my designs is allowed even if I’m not the most comfortable with it. NSFW of minor or feral characters is never allowed. Please do research into minority stereotypes before depicting them in such artwork to be CERTAIN it isn’t following under a racist/LGBTQ+phobic/etc stereotype. Fetishization of minorities and oppressed groups is NEVER allowed. 

- If you bought something from me for a voucher, it's the worth of said voucher (if I gave multiple things for said voucher, each is worth an equal percent, ex. 2 art pieces for 20 dollars means each piece is worth 10 dollars)

- Redesigns are ok. Please keep the designs mildly similar though, and I’d appreciate if you show me first.

- Related, redesigns into closed species are ok.

- Gifting is always ok.

- Please do not trade designs you got for free unless they have non-gifted added art.

- My designs cannot have a forced trade back clause. If someone forces you into one, you are allowed to change your mind. Having trade back agreements is only allowed if both parties are mutually ok with it.

- Do not split designs from redesigns and please do not make separate profiles for co-owns unless given express permission. A co-owned design will have my alt ( FULLBL1TZ ) credited for one and my main for the other. If someone has a link or other account, do not trust them until you have found the main profile and have confirmed with whoever co-owned them at the time. If designs have been split or co-owned without credit to my alt ( FULLBL1TZ ) or permission from me, I am willing to discuss making it official. If co-owned designs are to be put back into a single profile, please confirm with me first, with both links handy. Also, for simplicity's sake, only a max of two users can co-own a design unless given explicit permission

- Do not trade my designs to blacklisted users, and please ask before trading them to a greylisted user.
