Uppa is very playful and jolly by nature. He is typically oblivious like his fellow Woopers. Uppa is still not completely use to his Chinchou genes, so he shocks himself on accident constantly--but thankfully he's got enough residual Ground-typing where it never hurts him too. He is the definition of a true friend: nonjudgmental, selfless, funny, and big-hearted.
