Physical Appearance: He’s of average height at 5’8’’. His hair is bright purple over navy blue eyes. He doesn’t like his school uniform. His skin tone varies, depending on what time of the year it is. It gets paler in the winter when he's not out in the sun so much and noticeably darker in the summer when he's rarely in doors. He's also quite well-built.
Clothing Style: In each ear he has several earrings. In his right earlobe, he has two navy studs. His left earlobe has one stud and the upper cartilage of the left ear has a small navy hoop. When not in uniform, he wears ripped jeans and t-shirts with witty sayings on them, generally trying to look as grungy as possible. He always wears a ball chain necklace with a thunderbolt pendant.
Personality: He’s a rebel, plain and simple. He doesn’t deal well with authority figures and probably would have been expelled from school on a couple occasions if it weren’t for his parents’ money. Outside of all of that, he’s really quiet and a little insecure. He feels that he has to prove himself to everyone, to make his own way in the world and distinguish himself as an individual rather than just being known as his parents’ son for the rest of his life. He has to do something unique, something distinctly him.

History: His parents are both actors, and quite famous at that, but he often pretends they don’t exist. Kegan will probably never forgive his parents for his first name and only the fact that his middle name is moderately cool allows him to talk to them at all these days. He was picked on immensely as a child for having a weird name. This constant bullying throughout elementary school turned him into a bully when he transferred to Tir na Nog Junior High. His parents sent him there to live with his mother’s brother, his Uncle Conner. Shortly after his arrival, he discovered that he could transform, become someone stronger and unrecognizable as whom he really was just by saying a couple words and wrapping his hand around his thunderbolt necklace pendant. Not knowing anything about the sailorsenshi, he assumed that he was some kind of cartoon-type superhero even though he had no desire to be a hero. It wasn’t until high school, when his uncle put him through Elysium Valley, that he discovered two things: motorcycles and a use for his transformation power. His parents and uncle didn’t approve of his new hobby, so he used his henshin as a disguise while ridding motor bikes in races. His parents also wanted to send him to Ching Tu as they were certainly wealthy enough to do so, but he didn’t want to go to a school to snotty rich kids, so he compromised by agreeing to go to Elysium Valley when he really wanted to go to Khun-Lun. In his ‘disguise’ he’s adopted the name Tannus. Little does he know the true significance of that name.
At present, he lives in the Ching Tu Heights district with his uncle.

Fuku Design: He wears a long grey sleeveless jacket reminiscent of the jackets worn by gangsters in Japan. Beneath it he wears a purple sleeveless t-shirt. If he takes his jacket off, you can see that his symbol is on the back of the t-shirt. His jacket is strange in that it has navy blue wings with purple tips attached to the back. They seem to be purely decorative. His pants are navy blue with two purple belts angling downwards from his left hip. Each leg also has a horizontal purple stripe on it just above the knees and a grey stripe at the bottom hem. His shoes are purple. On his hands are simple, fingerless navy gloves that go to his wrists. Around his neck is a navy chocker with a grey lighting bolt pendant, the same one from his henshin item.

When he switches their positions, lightning bolts fly out from that hand. At his current power level, he can generally only produce one or two bolts per attack.

Description: A blast of lightning shoots down at his target, shattering on the way down. The pieces rain down on the arget, causing massive damage. Can't be used to often as it takes too much of his energy to control it.
