Haddock

I originally had named him Dogfish temporarily, but I have now renamed him to Haddock.

Mischievous and likes messing with people, but not exactly a villain, mostly just a nuisance. Likes stealing things when no one is looking. Pulls pranks on people. Probably maniacally laughs a lot for no reason. Can be childish. Not the sharpest tool in the shed. Hyper. Despite being a thief, he isn't really a mean guy, exactly. Won't hurt anyone. Will save fish who are trapped in nets. Will compliment people's jewelry and other expensive objects (although he will probably steal them once he thinks he won't get caught). Not actually very stealthy.

A mischievous and hyper dog-fish, oftentimes described as a nuisance. He loves stealing shiny things, but, despite his thievery, he's not a mean guy - he's just a bit crazy. He enjoys playing pranks and saving fish from fishing nets. 

He has a croaky voice, kind of like you might imagine a frog would talk.

Probably somehow knows Wally and Rhydian.
