Rath

Rath grew up in the house Acor, the illegitimate child between Lord Acor and a maid, who later moved to work in the palace of Drakoth, taking him with her. He grew up to serve in the military and made a decent reputation for himself as the "Dragon's Wrath" despite his origins, but ultimately became one of the "Grounded" when his wings were torn off in battle by Corvo. Prince Tariq rescued him from certain death, and he became a hunter when he was barred from returning to the battlefield.
