- information dealer - a courtesan for the rich (and sometimes deviant) who sells secrets learned through pillow talk
- generally quiet, gentle personality but with a violent tic that triggers for no apparent reason, typically wears an ornate muzzle that prevents him from snapping at people - he's deeply ashamed of the tic and acts withdrawn and self-martyring because of it
- in line with the above he's actually really good at acting like a martyr, and it frustrates those who notice how much he gets away with because of it
- perfectly capable of taking care of himself, he'll definitely mess you up if you try to take advantage of him
- his tastes are hella expensive yikes, he sometimes gets extravagant gifts from his clients and suitors but hates them and only wants to buy things with his own money (plus sometimes said gifts clash with his style)...he usually gives the unwanted gifts to fellow guild members
- part of the same organization that vio and nemesis belong to
- unlike vio who is guarded and very clear about the distinction between forming relationships for business and friendship (mostly because the latter...doesn't really exist for them), shio gets easily attached and will try to give things to people he's only known for an hour or two
