Norma

Norma is a suburban mom and head of the HOA everyone lives in. She keeps the whole street under a close eye, and makes sure everyone is acting in place. Morgan is her daughter. 

She is unhappy with Damien moving in, as she suspects him of being "not normal".  Even though she's the HOA president, she doesn't have the authority to remove him from the complex unless it's been proven that he's breaking the rules. She is determined to have him kicked out of town.

Unbeknownst to the majority of town, Norma used to be a famous detective, but willingly stepped down due to the danger it had on her growing family. She knows how to catch almost any bad guy. After some time, though, she sorta starts to realize that Damien isn't a threat to her or the people in the HOA, and starts to become friends with him.

Despite desperately trying to seem like an average suburban mom, she's anything but that. She's energetic and crazy, and tends to scare people with her intense attitude.

She has some trouble getting along with her daughter, Morgan. Norma likes to keep her life "pure white and normal" while Morgan likes to be goth and unique. Norma wants to have their house minimalistic, Morgan wants purple lacey decor. Norma likes to wear basic colored outfits, Morgan wants to wear gothic lolita fashion. Norma wants to appear perfect and outgoing, Morgan wants everyone to leave her alone. 

Norma is one of those stick figure type characters. She has shoulder length blonde hair and purple eyes. She likes croutons, mini vans, boxing gloves, and Art Van Furniture.

Norma wears a yellow jacket, gray shirt, black pants with a yellow stipe on the bottom, yellow flats, a diamond necklace, pearl bracelets, and diamond earrings. 

Romantic Interests: Jeff (Her husband. They have a surprisingly great marriage)

Personality: Her personality is sorta like Gayle Waters-Waters (GAYLE), and Queen (Deltarune)
