Toxic Waste Cookie

“Similarly to Radioactive Cookie, they were entwined to a terrible fate with Toxic Waste—
But what happened to them had more of a “Carrie” approach; it stuck & absorbed into them, making them this walking half-cookie half-radioactive sludge cookie—”  
“And since the Radioactive materkal on their body makes them genuinely dangerous— their body is wrapped in Caution tape, to signal that they’re a genuine biohazard

,,but everyone just kinda assumes they have the caution tape there to make themself look cool”  
“Also the “Toxic Waste” part is in reference to the Toxic Waste sour Candy ;)c”

“I imagine that Toxic Waste is a rear ranged cookie-
The rear positioning being bc they’re genuinely a radioactive entity that could give other regular cookies radiation poisoning (i like to think they’re further back than the regular ranged cookies)

And ranged being bc they can make their Sludgy arms stretch and morph !! (Think like it’s Goops Arms mashed with Kevin’s osmosian ability to make weapons out of his arms and that’s what it looks like heldndn—)”  
“I think outside of the affixed skill they have in the game— they’re hinted at having some form of telekinetic ability as a result from the Toxic Waste coating and absorbing into their body hehehe >7<”
