My T.O.S. is as follows:
1. If you’re purchasing a design from me for real currency, it will always be through PayPal or Ko-Fi
2. If I have a watermark / signature etc. you cannot remove it from the original/my art
3. Do not claim my designs or art as your own
4. Non of these are for commercial use unless discussed or stated
5. If they don’t have a money/currency value you shouldn’t sell it for one unless there has been commissioned art
6. Any images that come with the character MUST stay on their profile. If you’d like to hide the images/character please authorize my account
7. Please do not use my designs as trading fodder, it would be very sad for them to go to someone who doesn’t actually want them
8. My art should not be copied or stolen, I do not consent to my art being made into nft’s or used in ai programs either.
9. Please ask me before editing my art
