- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
- Under absolutely no circumstances shall clients submit commissioned pieces to AI algorithms, neural networks, or technology with blockchain integration.
- Redistribution of artwork may be granted in the case of personal use such as avatars, signatures, wallpaper, etc. with proper attribution as a requirement. Do not claim the commissioned piece as your own work
- Clients are not permitted to use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes including: selling prints, stickers, t-shirts, etc., unless an agreement for proper licensing has been discussed and put in writing.

- All prices are in USD.
- Additional characters are half the base price each.
- Additional +$15-$20 (depending on complexity) per prop/weapon.
- Please include art references of your character or a detailed description of their design. If you provide something like a small sprite and only vague descriptions, I will ask for a $20 fee for designing them.
- You will fill out the form with the details of your commission request and be placed on my waiting list. I will contact you and give you a week to respond before contacting someone else that I will prioritize should they reply. After three weeks without response I will remove you from my waitlist.
- Payments are done upfront and in full. However, commissions that exceed $100 may be paid at least 50% upfront and the rest when the piece is done.
- These are base prices and can vary by complexity, characters, etc…
- After the details are agreed upon I will send you an invoice to your email. I will start on the commission as soon as payment has been received and you are next in the queue. Expect an update by the following weekday - please keep in mind I may not be available Fri-Sun.
- Once started, I will periodically send you updates on the piece and ask for any changes during the sketching stage.
- Any large changes (such as pose, backgrounds or expressions) past the sketching stage will cost extra depending on complexity. Minor changes like mistakes or colour fixes will not.
- I reserve the right to decline large changes to a complete commission.
- The time taken on your commission can vary depending on your position in the queue, the complexity of the commission, and life events. The estimates on the price sheet are just how long I think they normally take, and should be taken with a grain of salt - especially since I am a disabled artist and occasionally have to take day long breaks to rest. Commissioners are always welcome to ask for an update if you feel I am taking a while.
- I will keep you updated on the progress on your commission. If major life events come up and I believe your commission will take much longer than anticipated, I will do my best to communicate.
- If you would like your commission completed by a certain date such as a holiday or birthday, please inform me in advance so I can confirm if I can meet the deadline or not.
- Once your commission is complete, I will provide you with a full resolution file via File Garden, Imgur, or Proton Drive. You may not remove or cover my signature.
- Uncoloured Sketch - $10
- A simple, uncoloured sketch. Can come with different canvas & lineart colours or have a very simple gradient map overlayed on it.
- Coloured Sketch - $15
- A sketch with colour and very minimal shading (if at all).
- Shaded- $35
- Completely coloured & shaded.
These come in two types, still icons and animated icons.
- Still Icons - $20
- A still icon of your character, focused and centered on their face with a gradient background.
- Animated - $50
- An animated icon of your character with a simple expression and basic tweening. Prices can vary with designs and expression complexity.
- Uncoloured Sketch - $15
- A simple, uncoloured sketch. Can come with different canvas & lineart colours or have a very simple gradient map overlayed on it.
- Coloured Sketch - $20
- A sketch with colour and very minimal shading.
- Shaded- $45
- Completely coloured & shaded.
- Uncoloured Sketch - $20
- A simple, uncoloured sketch. Can come with different canvas & lineart colours or have a very simple gradient map overlayed on it.
- Coloured Sketch - $25
- A sketch with colour and very minimal shading.
- Shaded - $60
- Completely coloured & shaded.
Prices heavily vary with complexity, but start at $100 for two fullbodies and small reference details. Additional prices come with more fullbodies, props, and details. Prices can be discussed appropriately depending on what the client desires.
Scenes - or additional complex backgrounds - can vary by complexity, but start at around $15. Prices can be discussed with client.
