Updates the sidebar and header with a new look

Below is a collection (more coming soon!) of small skins you can add to the TH is the new DA theme. They only affect the sidebar and header portions of the page, leaving the all the main pages intact.

Instructions: Copy and paste the desired snippet underneath the "Custom CSS" header.
