Design Terms of Use
MUST be 18+ to buy NSFW characters from me. If you lie and I find out you will be reported to admins.
DO NOT DELETE ANY OLD ART OR ORIGINAL FILES.
Character Changes: You can change whatever you like about the character info! It’s your character.
File Editing: You may edit my files to be transparent. You also may edit in or out tattoos/markings but please keep the old file even if it’s private.
You can color shift the design as much as you want as long as you keep it as an alt pallet and do not separate them into new characters.
DO NOT Trace parts of the files, color over the design completely or mostly, remove my watermark, or edit a file then make it as a new character profile.
CO Owning: I won’t take much action if another owner attempts to scam you with a separate profile. Its up to you and toyhouse admins
If traded or gifted:
You can resell a traded character from me for their money worth. If you’re unsure of the worth feel free to ask me.
If bought:
Do not sell for more than you paid for the character without extra art. You can put your own art into the worth of the character.
Do not sell a character made by me with nudity or NSFW to anyone under 18 years of age.
