-His full name is Loco D. Rango
-He is 23 years old in pre-timeskip and 25 years old in post-timeskip. His birthday is June 1
-Rango is from the South Blue
-His devil fruit is Portal-Portal Fruit/Potaru Potaru no Mi. Rango can manipulate portals and can change them in different sizes to his bidding. He can use portals to transport himself, his crewmates, or any object to another spot. If an enemy, for example a marine, attempts to stab Rango with their sword, Rango can use portals to protect himself, making the enemy's sword to appear in different portal to prevent himself from getting harmed.
-He is the captain of Los Locos Pirates
-Rango seems to have a reputation in all of the Four Seas. Whenever people hear or see Rango approaching, whether he's on a boat or walking through town, people will run in fear and warn others by yelling, "Rango coming!!" (This is a heavy reference from Omar Little who is from The Wire, even though I don't watch the show)
-People feared him because Rango was widely known to sink down ships after looting from pirates, possibly terrorizing small towns, and taking out those who threatened him and his crew. Rango seems to have a "dangerous" personality if provoked in a certain ways. Another thing is him always keeping a smile on his face, which people assumed that's the smile of a "devil".
-Even though Rango has a dangerous personality, he does have a sense a humor and is rather a flirt to most women, one being Fatale D. Venus, who he met during his travels to the Grand Line
-He will later ally himself with Venus and other pirates (who will I name eventually)
-Rango favors spicy foods over anything sweet. He loves red hot peppers and spicy curry, while he dislikes anything sweet like parfaits
-His bounty is 200,000,000 beries
