Phoebus is one of the strangest guardians not as strong as malach not he is included in the 7 guardians
Phoebus is a deaf person, but he can read lips, but some people talk have to talk to him in sign language since some of them don't have mouths (object head)
he lose his hearing cause of a war 1000's of years ago he is around 7'1 (guardian normal height)
usually when Phoebus is using his powers, his halo, horn and eye glow now use what his power can do if you ask me since he is under storying
