Ma Chérie - Malice Mizer

Yves is a French Romanian lead singer for his vampire glam rock band, MOI MORTIX. He is a diva and is always bejeweled in various jewelry.

Yves can be unknowingly self-centered at times––however, with exception to his bandmates as he treats them like his own flesh and blood.

Yves generally retains a posh and dismissive attitude around others. However, he allows this facade to slip when he is around his bandmates and when under emotional circumstances.

Despite always looking his best, Yves has had major self image issues in the past. In his high school days, Yves despised seeing himself bare faced in the mirror and would refuse to go out unless he looked his absolute best. Yves cared a lot about how others perceived him; even a backhanded comment on his looks would make Yves shut himself in his room for days. After meeting Xian in college, Yves learned how to start feeling better in his own skin. However, this was a slow process and even now Yves still retains quite a bit of the insecurity he had in the past. Meeting someone the polar opposite of Yves (Xian, who did not care what anyone thought of him) allowed Yves to gain a new perspective on himself and change his idea of how others perceive him. To show his appreciation for Xian, Yves invited Xian to start a band with him; the rest was history.
