Personality:  Axel comes across as a rather uptight and serious person upon first meeting him. However when he starts to feel comfortable around someone he begins to be more friendly and outgoing. He doesn't like to be laughed at and often gets flustered from doing something that might cause such a reaction (even if the laughter isn't meant to be mean spirited ).  

History (brief ) :  Axel is one of the few remaining Frost dragons in the world. He lives in the mountains away from any human life. Despite his age he has been around long enough to have gained quite a bit of wisdom ( he ages slower than humans) and seen quite a bit of troublesome  events play out. As the years went by hunters began to target his kind more and more, killing even infants and as more and more of his family began to die before his eyes Axel fled to the farthest up part of the mountain, making his home in a hidden cave.
