Ceru is the lively new neighbour who, together with her friend Wu, has just moved in beside the house of 12, 15, SI and Ray.
She is delighted that 12 and 15 have metal bits just like herself, SI is about the same age as herself, and Ray has almost the same colouring as herself!
Currently she is obsessed with trying out the "Health by Compatible Colour Food" diet, so she feels that Ray, being closest to her colour, would be a good companion for sharing and testing various recipes. Unfortunately these recipes contain a lot of blueberry...
