A valuable asset to [unnamed association] and arguably one of their biggest fans, Keen is an oddball who seems to exist in a state of simultaneity. His demeanour is an understated one that doesn't draw much attention, but his height and bright colors make him hard to miss entirely (however in certain environments he blends in rather well with the outdoors). Most find him rather intimidating, but some few think him and his polite smile rather approachable. Those few are the kind he seeks to attract.

Keen works to spread [unnamed association]'s cause. A man of few words, he gets people talking first (which typically results in good standings right off the bat) and listens for possible reciprocating mentalities. To some it would come across as manipulative, but Keen makes genuine connections through it and as such has a metric ton of friends all over the city. He only lets slip the existence of [unnamed association] when he's absolutely sure one will be receptive to it, as he knows that being careless could result in disaster. And if they aren't? That's okay, they can still be friends!

Unemployed, Keen lives at the [unnamed association]'s headquarters where he's well-liked by just about everyone there. Unobtrusive and a loyal member to the cause, everybody's happy to have him reside there as long as he needs (especially since he doubles as a pencil sharpener and just generally keeps things clean and organized). He does, however, sometimes volunteer at a library, enjoying the quiet atmosphere.

Keen has ASD and is overstimulated rather easily. Too much conflict stresses him out to the point where he may "bluescreen". The sock puppet on his tail ("Kammy") is both a fidgeting device and a coping mechanism; he'll disassociate and speak through said puppet when "bluescreened".
