•  do not resell my design for higher than you bought it unless you have added art to the character 
• do not sell a design you got from me through trading 
• CHARACTERS GOTTEN THROUGH RAFFLES/GIFTS CANNOT BE SOLD OR TRADED.
•  all credit must always be able to be traced back to me (I don’t require you to credit me every single time you draw your character but if someone asks you have to credit me, etc)
• designs will only be transferred after I have received my payment in full 
• do not delete, hide, or block my designs from me.
• do not offer things you cannot provide. Art trades have a two-week deadline with the possibility of an extension in certain cases monetary payments must be paid immediately and cannot be done in multiple payments
• do not offer crypto or nfts 
• do NOT turn my designs into nfts, even after you’ve bought them
• do not redesign them to the point where they are unrecognizable  
• designs cannot be used for mass production of products, including, but not limited to: pins, shirts, keychains, prints, merchandise, etc.
• all sales are final
