Ah! I love Han! Not only is he a snappy dresser with excellent sword skills, but he has such a love for life and a bold, brash attitude it's hard not to be enamored by him. I like to think I was the Sancho to his Don Quixote! Even more than all that, though… he seems to be one of the first people in a while to make Miss Cosset really, really happy… that means a lot to me!
"A Good friend of Dear Cosette- He has a lot of interesting things to say, but doesn't seem to want to say them! it's a real shame...I really wanted to hear him Shame the master of the house..."
I've gotten to get to know Violet for a bit since my time studding Morgrave. I always have an easy time talking to plenty of personalities, but Violet has been really cool to talk to. She is insightful, cultured, and has such wonderful energy. I wish she wasn't so embarrassed about her height… I don't think she realizes just how tall she can stand. I can't wait to know her more.
"Side is the first person I really got to meet at Morgrave. He was kind and offered to help me around campus. His height proves useful when I'm in need of a book or in a crowd. He's really quite handsome...er, conventially speaking. Of course."
I had the pleasure of humbly serving as Cosette's i̶n̶t̶e̶r̶n̶ advisor years ago. I've served many nobles and put on shows for even more. Most of them have looked at me like I am invisible. Cosset has never looked at me like that. She is soft. She is kind. We shared many fun memories of quiet late nights and rambunctious days. She is one of my only true genuine friends. It was an honor to serve her. I miss her greatly.
"Side was one of my first genuine friends as a child. During that time in my life, that was invaluable to me. He is delightfully open with his thoughts and feelings. He has talked me out of bad decisions and encouraged ones that let me feel free. Despite what some may say or think...no one will ever replace Side in my memories.
Odil and I share a sort of quietness that I can appreciate. She doesn't mix words, nor feel the need to take control of the spotlight. She’s more confident than I am, though, which I respect. We shared a night over a furnace fire. She listened to me rant about plays. She told me about her home. I played her a song. I'll remember that for a long time. It was nice.
“I think of him kindly. Sometimes the people in passing never really leave.”
If anything happened to Bebe I would kill everyone in this room, including myself. She will say anything you tell her out loud, so be careful what you say around her, but... oh my god... she is just... you can't stay mad at her. I'm afraid she's going to accidentally start a cult and I'm gonna be a member.
