What sort of animations do you mean? I'm more than happy to help, but I think knowing that will help a lot. Do you mean an animated image like a .GIF file? Or so you mean a video? Or are you instead asking about animating text on the profile code itself like you can do with FontAwesome icons? Let me know and I can try to help :3

Yes, this could can support .GIF files! You would replace any other image URL with the URL of your file, so you would still need to find a place to host it. I would recommend Imgur perhaps?
