NARCOPHOBIA’S TOS.

By purchasing a design or a commission from me, You are automatically agreeing to the following TOS requirements. Failure to abide by these simple rules in any way, shape, or form, regardless of any situation, will result in either a block, blacklist, or even both. My blacklist is public for a reason, I don’t give a damn if it offends or upsets you to any degree. I don’t have time for any bullshit and I like to keep track of my work and who it goes to.

You are not allowed to:

-Remove my name from my name from any commissions, P2U/F2U bases, adopts, or redesigns

-Use my adopts for commercial use*

-Delete ANY artwork or characters I have made, old or new, If I catch it being gone, You’re immediately blacklisted from my services. Friend or not, don’t fucking break my trust.

-Call my art or designs your own.

-Private a character without letting me know before hand*

-Use my bases for commissions.

-Give ANY of my designs to anyone in my blacklist.

You are allowed to:

-Redesign the character as much as you please, However please keep my name attached to the original design with proper credit.

-Use my bases for personal use, ocs, reference sheets, and adopts all with proper credit (Please credit Propeller_Knight for base art credits to avoid clutter in my art section, thank you)

-Resale, trade, raffle off, gift my designs, I don’t CARE!*

-Do practically anything with my designs, NSFW, AUs, gender bending, anything as long as it’s not illegal and downright horrendous

-Put my artwork on physical items for personal use only

*To obtain commercial use of my designs, you must pay an extra one time fee of 60$. This goes for any new owners who obtain my designs from previous owners too. Contact me immediately for commercial use. Failure to abide by this will result in a blacklist, should you ever claim to have commercial use without a receipt or proof on mine and your end.

*Please let me know that you are going to private a character. I rather have a key so I can still see the character but if you are not comfortable then let me know, and we can make a decision from there.

* I highly prefer that you don’t immediately put my designs you just obtained for offers as well. I also want to know if you are putting those designs back for offers before hand, as I may want the designs back! If nobody also offers on said designs, then just simply send then back to me with a simple “return/rehome” message will do
