A not so ordinary Inkling that came from a rural town along with his adoptive father. Once taking in by said father they had proceeded to live out in the woods as he was trained day by day with various weapons. Blue initially didn't know much about his past, but as time went on memory after memory began to seep in. In the past, he had a serious fear of Octolings due to vivid dreams of an Octarian attack that happened in his home town. Within the current time of events, he knows most about where he came from, including his original name, though he still decides to go by Blue, the other being the title of "Captain". He is an inkling that is gifted with just about any type of shooter weapon that he is given, and a master at using the inkzooka. However in the time of Splatoon 2 and 3 he doesn't tend to do Turf Wars too often as he is busy with the Squidbeak Splatoon. Given the events of Octo Expansion he is no longer afraid of Octolings specifically. Currently he is the new Captain of the Squidbeak Splatoon. He has a team turned clan called The Oceanic Divers, or T.O.D for short.
