Flo is a friendly woman. She's an extrovert and can find a topic to talk about with almost anyone. She often makes a small talk with her customers at work. She is also a great listener and will lend an ear to the ones in need.

The woman is stubborn. She's very determined to have stuff her way, but that doesn't make her mean! She doesn't like giving up and is always ready to prove her worth, as well as fight for the goal she set.

Florence is a woman who combines her work as a barista in a local coffee shop and being a single mom of two. It’s tough sometimes, but she manages. 6-years-old Ryan and 4-years-old Zoey are her little bundles of joy and they are her whole world – she would do anything so they could be happy. Her sister, Betty, sometimes babysits her nephew and niece when Flo is at work or has some business to make. In general, Flo has a strong relationship with her whole family, but she's the closest with her sister – they even look really alike! Shortly after giving birth to her second child, Zoey, she realized she's a lesbian – she dated some women since then, but none of the relationships lasted long. She doesn't mind and still hopes she will find one true love some day.
She was born on December 29th, and currently she lives in Lower Oxwood with her children, close to Shura's. They're friends and often talk about new book releases.
