Vision + Delusion story: After spending years being nothing, Derya wants to turn her life around. She buys a delusion, tinkers with it, trying to figure out how it works and how it's made. The delusion she'd bought was an electro one. When she tinkers too hard with it, the delusion pokes a hole through the countaining glass, jumping and shooting electro energy downward in the process. Derya gets hit by it, which is how she gets the scar. Her vision is gifted at the exact moment, nullifying the effect of electro.

Constellation: The Path of the Muse
Constellation name meaning: It's a pun on the parting of the red sea.
Normal attack: Derya has a combo of 5, but 2 of those 5 moves don't involve her weapon, she just kicks.
Skill: A dramatic ass kick not too different from her normal attack
Burst: The Arc: Derya summons a ship shaped ice thingy that does AoE damage. She gains a cry extension to her normal attacks similar to Noel's burst. Her cryo effect lasts longer than most.
