Resident of Moebius (Anti-Mobius), Splint is every high school mean girl trope if the mean girl was also a boy and you gave him a chainsaw. He's mean and vain and wants to be in the spotlight at all times. Hence why he's taken a liking to harassing the Blue Blur. What better way to get attention than to force a rivalry and constantly fuck with the Big Hero?
Splint personally considers himself a 'hog with a creative touch, and has a love for Hot Topic pop culture merchandise and putting cute little stickers on everything. Don't let that fool you though. Splint enjoys causing problems on purpose, and his problems can range from microwaving things that should not be microwaved to fleeing to the goody-two shoes version of his own world to escape several severe criminal charges.

- Electric chainsaw, custom painted and covered in little stickers
- At least 5 key chains attached to said chainsaw

Relationships
Sonic
Hard to say if Splint hates Sonic specifically, or just all the attention Sonic gets. Either way, Splint feels the need to insert himself into Sonic’s ongoing story, whether he wants it or not. Manufacturing a rivalry with someone who doesn’t even know who Splint IS. In some ways, Splint's maybe even a bit of a fan.
Scourge
Buddy!! Pal!! Scourge cannot STAND Splint, but that doesn’t matter. Scourge thinks Splint might just be the most annoying hog this side of Moebius, but that’s all talk. Scourge just likes to play edgelord, Splint knows for a fact they’re like best friends :)
Dr. Eggman
Surprisingly does not like Eggman. For one, the good doctor keeps trying to eliminate Splint’s rival and one way ticket to stardom, and we just can’t have that! That and Dr. Eggman’s manipulated Splint on more than one occasion to forward his own plans for world domination. AND all his bots are just creepy looking :/
