Rules to when owning a design from me! New to this but June 3/22 edit

✦ Wanted to clear some things so there won’t be too much to add here as I’m still updating this! :)

1. Do NOT sell my designs if you obtained them in a trade/gift! If you add any art you’re free to sell em (even a simple sketch is fine) !
2. I don’t allow my designs to be sold off-site! Please lmk if so since I want to keep track of them <3
3. Selling for more then worth/bought is something I’m not comfortable with so that’s a big no no (unless art is added ofc)
4. I don’t allow my designs to be “breed” since you’re pretty much copying the design and possibly selling (had this happened)
5. I don’t do refunds on adopts or even art so please make sure to think again if you’re going to regret buying later!

That’s about it for the tos! If the terms aren’t followed it’d lead to being blacklisted as shown below!

✦ Blacklist! I don’t like to add people here as I hate to but I don’t want any of them to be near me 

1. LJSergal - my first time getting a whole essay in pm and being backlashed for no reason other then “defending their friend” even though it was absolutely unnecessary and immature. I know their not doing mentally well but it doesn’t give the rights to be a asshole to me. Do have proof if anyone needs it but they’re permanently blacklisted.
2. Ei (from etsy) kept rushing me and didn’t read any of my updates I’ve given and just has no patience and no respect. Gave a false review before so very immature person. Do let me know if they have other socials so I can block them please! Also Permanently blacklisted. OCTOBER 20 UPDATE: seems like they’re stalking me atm and got offended when I confronted about it so a bit suspicious… also at the SAME TIME some random person told me to Kms on Instagram so what a coincidence. If you’re reading this Ei then yes you’re clearly stalking me. This person on instagram might have a connection with them or their alt account since again this happened out of nowhere. Though no full confirmation and will delete this if I’m wrong but again it can be posssible.

That’s about it! If I blocked you it’s probably cause you ghosted me or being immature but won’t blacklist you
