Vee/Octavia is a werebat with two forms. It requires less power for her to stay in her bat form, which is why she prefers it. She also has a tiny bat form, in which she can turn into a feral bat. Vee is one of my favorite characters I've ever created. She loves big silly parachute pants, The Cure, ambient goth music, and candles.
