Design Terms of Use
Any (re)design work that I do or sell as adoptable characters are not to be used for the following. If any is commissioned without my knowledge, I hold no association with the decision of the client: Hate art, underage pornography, incest, diaper fetish, beastiality (Mlp, dragons, fictional creatures/monsters are exempt from beastiality as they are completey 100% fictional entities), watersports/scat, or extreme gore (mild blood is fine). You're free to make any design changes/resell higher (with the addition of commissioned work that increases its value).
My OCs are not to be drawn without explicit permission or stated otherwise on individual profiles.
My OCs are not to be drawn with other OCs without checking first. This is for my comfort levels.
My art, and any art drawn for me, is not to be used to feed into AI, used for NFTs, or to be reposted elsewhere.
My characters and art are not to be traced/replicated/copied in any way.
Some art from other artists have gone uncredited due to account name changes/move/unable to find or remember which artist has drawn what. If you've drawn any of the art in any of the available galleries please let me know and I will credit you appropriately.
These pieces were posted with the intention of keeping them archived so I wouldn't risk losing art again and are not by any means my way of taking credit for an artist's work. My memory is also incredibly terrible so don't be afraid to let me know!
